No meals will be provided by the symposium. Campus dining options include The Commons, which offers fast food at convenient hours in the University Center; Java City coffee bistro inside the Coates Library; and the largest dining facility on campus, Mabee Dining Hall. Mabee is set up food court style and offers 14 different stations featuring a variety of cooked-to-order fare including Mexican, Asian, home cooking, salads, vegetarian, pasta, soup, sandwiches, and world cuisine. Participants are also welcome to bring their own "brown bag" lunch. Coffee and cold beverages will be available at the Holt Conference Center throught the symposium.
